If the QR code is damaged upon arrival, or if there is an issue with the delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective QR code in order to process the replacement.
13. Cancellations
Once the QR code is shipped or activated, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
